ShireLiving at the Shows
You may have seen us recently at the Staffordshire County show where we invited everyone out of the rain to watch our chefs demonstrate how effectively and quickly good, fresh food can be prepared.
Regional Catering Manager, Jacob Perry took the opportunity to demonstrate his skills by challenging Chef Neil Simcock (Chef of The Cambrian Hotel) to a cook off!
Using a variety of ingredients, including beautifully fresh vegetables and herbs, a selection of cheeses and just a touch of cream, each chef battled to impress the crowd by creating the tastiest pasta dish.
The audience was then able to sample the results and comment on their favourite.
Our onsite restaurants will offer a variety of meals and snacks and follow three key principles, quality- sourcing quality local produce, creativeness and presentation – demonstrating passion and flair in what we create and environment – creating a pleasant ambiance with good food to bring people together.
